I have over 35 years of home repair experience; 50 years when you consider that I started painting for my father, paint contractor,
when I was 10 years old. I basically charge $40/Hour plus materials.
Home Repair Experience Include . . .
Many of my home repairs include drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, etc. Over the years, I have learned how to
do many general home repairs, especially while remodeling my own home over 35 years ago when I turned a 1-car garage into a 2-car garage,
enlarged our kitchen, enlarged a bedroom, & added 1 new Master Bathroom. Added 300 sq ft to the house.
Educational Training
After graduating from college, I took many vocational training classes including: electrical wiring, carpentry, welding, finished basements,
plumbing, HVAC heating & air conditioning, My most recent class was completing a Technical Certificate in HVAC from Ivy Tech in 2004. I ended up receiving their Technical Award along witn my 4.0 GPA.
Goal
