Service Oriented:
Inspect homes 7 days a week, at a time convenient to the client(s). Show buyers helpful tips about the house, where to find the furnace filter, main water shut-off valve, how to light a pilot light on a furnace or water heater.
Will answer any questions they may have about this home, homes in general, or home repairs.

Habitat for Humanity volunteer for over 16 years. Repair Affair volunteer for over 16 years.
Regular American Red Cross blood donor � have donated over 25 gallons.

Goal
My goal is to thoroughly inspect homes and provide the best inspection possible. I try to point out
not only the defects, but also many of the positive things found. My inspection reports are delivered
